The hip brace provides support, warmth, and mild compression to the joints and muscles in the lumbar area of the back and around the hips. It is suitable for active dogs of all ages suffering from arthritis, mild to moderate hip dysplasia, decreased fitness, hip pain, lumbar back pain, weakness in the hind limbs, and limping.

We recommend it for dogs recovering from surgery or injury as well as older dogs that have difficulty moving due to stiff joints. Once the dog gets used to the brace, it can be worn from morning till evening.

How to choose the right size?

1. Use a measuring tape or string to measure the circumference of the chest just behind the front legs as shown below.
2. Compare with the circumference in the table below.
