The tracking leash is an essential piece of equipment for training and walks, especially if your dog does not have a reliable recall. A tracking leash gives the dog a sense of freedom, and you a peaceful walk, knowing that the dog is still under control but can happily sniff in the meadow, splash in the sea, or simply explore its surroundings.

Since in Slovenia, the days are much shorter for a large part of the year, leading to many walks in the dark, we have partnered with 4hound to offer a reflective tracking leash. It is bordered with reflective material to ensure visibility in the dark, adding extra safety around pedestrians, cyclists, and cars. It is designed with the maximum safety of the dog in mind and allows safe movement for your dog even in the dark. The 10-meter leash is more than long enough for natural dog movement without obstruction.

No matter how good the dog's recall is, we do not recommend letting them off-leash in the dark. Attach the dog to the reflective leash, in the end, both you and the dog will be safer and happier.

Important: never leave the dog unsupervised on a tracking leash. Due to its length, the dog may get entangled. Also, the leash is not intended for permanent tethering in the yard!

Why choose the waterproof tracking leash 4hound?

GOOD GRIP – The PVA coating ensures excellent grip in all weather conditions; even when wet, the leash does not slip. In the heat, it doesn't heat up or change its length or weight when the leash is wet.

EASY MAINTENANCE – The smooth surface allows easy cleaning. This makes the tracking leash suitable for walks in any weather and different activities with the dog. Simply wash the dirty product under water and wipe it with a cloth.

DURABLE – The waterproof combination of fabric and PVA provides extraordinary durability. However, despite being extremely durable, we can't guarantee that your dog won't chew through the leash. Therefore, do not leave the leash and the dog unsupervised. Bite marks on products, and thus material damage, are not subject to complaints.

WATERPROOF – This comes in handy during rainy and winter days. The surface does not absorb water. When it gets wet, simply wipe it with a cloth, and it’s already ready for new activities. Because it does not absorb water, it also does not emit unpleasant odors. However, we recommend not using 4hound equipment in salty water.

KIND TO SKIN – The material is gentle both to human skin and dog fur. Even if the dog pulls and the material rubs against its skin, it will not damage or irritate it.

ANTIBACTERIAL – BioThane® is an antibacterial material. It's easy to maintain, and the surface has no pores where dirt can settle. Due to the extremely smooth surface, bacteria adhesion is more difficult.
