Support Harness for Lifting and Assisting Walking of Weakened Hind Legs

This harness is suitable for all dogs, both female and male, small and large (up to 60 kg), who suffer from limited mobility in their hind limbs. It relieves and facilitates movement for those suffering from osteoarthritis, hip dysplasia, or neurological issues. This type of harness is functionally identical to the support harness for front and hind legs, but it's a much more advanced tool specifically designed for dogs with issues in the rear part of the body and weakened hind legs. It provides dogs and their caregivers with an even more friendly, comfortable, and straightforward form of assistance in lifting and walking.

It is an adjustable device that allows complete relief of the rear body area. For additional adaptability, it features back clip straps. The harness is compatible with the adjustable canine wheelchair, easy to maintain, machine washable (we recommend drying it in fresh air).

Note: The product is NOT SUITABLE for holding the dog in the air; legs must always touch the ground.

How to Choose the Right Size?

1. Using a measuring tape or string, measure the circumference of the dog's leg at the widest part (thigh) as shown in the photo.

2. Compare the measurement with the sizes in the table below.

3. If you are in doubt between two sizes, choose the smaller size.

Usage: Walkin' Pets straps for lifting the hind legs are also suitable for use with a canine wheelchair.

Using the support harness*:

1. Place it with the fleece facing upwards (no front or back side). 2. Insert the hind legs into the designated holes, then pull the harness up (as if you were putting on pants). 3. Snap the buckles over the back. *The harness is suitable for dogs of both sexes, weighing up to 60 kilograms. Attaching the handles: Adjustable handles have spring hooks that can attach to the round black clips on the harness. Connecting to the wheelchair: Place the round black clips of the harness onto the frame of the wheelchair. Position them so they face the ground. The clips fit onto the shoulder socket screw (silver pins). Simply push them upwards to latch into place.
