Vials for Soothing Damaged Skin

Retopix®Fluido vials are ideal for caregivers dealing with dogs with affected epidermis or wounds. The liquid in the ampoules assists in the regeneration and maintenance of (damaged) skin dermal function, while soothing the affected skin (wound), maintaining its moisture and elasticity, and providing an "anti-inflammatory" effect.

When do we recommend using them for dogs?

soothes red, itchy, and inflamed skin (hot spots, necrotic wounds with discharge)
suitable for wounds that heal poorly and have severely impaired dermal function
moisturizes dry skin (calluses on elbows or areas where hair does not grow due to excessive rubbing)
for skin peeling (dermatitis, itching, redness, etc.)

How does it work?

Adelmidrol, an analogue of palmitoylethanolamide, maintains proper dermal function, soothes, acts anti-inflammatory, and reduces redness.
Phytosphingosine is a natural component of the epidermis, essential for maintaining the integrity of the skin barrier and limiting transepidermal water loss (TEWL).
Hyaluronic acid and traumatic acid maintain the integrity, moisture, and elasticity of the skin.

Use: Apply a drop of liquid to 1 cm² of skin you wish to treat and gently massage it in. The ampoule can be resealed and used for multiple applications. Avoid contact with eyes. We recommend that you repeat the application twice a day for at least 10 consecutive days.
