The rehydration booster is a supplement used to replace lost electrolytes. In addition to minerals, it contains potassium and maltodextrin, which are gentle on the digestive system and provide a long-lasting source of energy. Active Ingredients:

1. MALTODEXTRIN (GLUCOSE POLYMER)
Maltodextrin reduces fluctuations in osmolality and prevents changes in gastric emptying rates. During moderate exercise, it helps maintain blood sugar levels for a longer time (e.g., on long rides).

2. FRUCTOOLIGOSACCHARIDES (FOS)
These natural carbohydrates are known as prebiotics because mammals do not digest them; instead, beneficial gut bacteria like bifidobacteria and lactobacillus sp digest them. FOS lower intestinal pH, which increases nutrient absorption, reduces energy consumption, and enhances the uptake of minerals like Ca, Mg, P, and Fe.
Adding FOS is vital as natural sources are insufficient.

3. GLYCINE
The amino acid glycine is part of the molecule dimethylglycine and can be converted into creatine, a crucial player in muscle metabolism. It enhances the performance of sports animals by improving physical strength and endurance, preventing cramps, and reducing waste products in muscles.
