DOGOmaxy® is a dietary supplement for dogs, specially developed for large breeds. It supports the osteoarticular function of tendons and ligaments in dogs and is particularly recommended for larger breeds, which are exposed to intense work or subject to joint cartilage wear.

Contains fish oil, a well-known source of unsaturated fatty acids. Omega 3 and omega 6 fatty acids are essential acids because the body cannot synthesize them, so they must be taken with food. Polyunsaturated fatty acids, especially EPA and DHA, have beneficial effects on heart function, blood pressure, and cholesterol levels.

Since oxidative stress plays an important role in the progression of osteoarthritis, DOGOmaxy® contains a mix of plants with antioxidant effects - turmeric and devil's claw, which support collagen metabolism in the joints. It is recommended for dogs that have grown quickly due to their size and consequently have joint and posture problems. DOGOmaxy® is also a great preventive measure for breeds prone to arthritis and spondylosis, such as shepherd breeds.

It is also suitable after surgery or a C-section. It is important to emphasize that in particularly serious or severe cases, using both supplements (DOGOdol® + DOGOmaxy®) together is very effective. Their action is complementary and synergistic, enhancing their effects.

Active Ingredients

GLUCOSAMINE AND CHONDROITIN SULFATE - are the basic components of joint cartilage, and in synergy, they can contribute to maintaining its elasticity, thus beneficial in cases of osteoarthritis, a pathological condition characterized, among other things, by joint stiffness. Glucosamine sulfate is beneficial for both older dogs and sporting dogs. It is commonly present in joints, tendons, and muscles, synthesized by glucose.

When we provide glucosamine and chondroitin sulfate to adult dogs, we strengthen bone and cartilage structures. Glucosamine attracts water to the cartilage tissue, acts as a cushion, and reduces friction between the two ends of the bone.
