Contains fish oil, a well-known source of unsaturated fatty acids. Omega 3 and 6 fatty acids are essential, and the body cannot produce them, so they must be obtained through diet. We recommend DOGOjunior® for all young dogs and cats, especially those prone to bone deformities, as it alleviates and, when taken early, may prevent them.

It is especially beneficial during the ossification period and contributes to stronger bones. Additionally, it supports correctly formed joints, bones, and ears, which is particularly important for breeders of breeds with erect ears. Add DOGOjunior® to a balanced diet immediately after weaning, from 2 months of age, until the end of the growth period. GLUCOSAMINE SULFATE plays a very important role in the structure of these tissues, so its use in growing dogs can be beneficial for normal bone and joint development.

CHONDROITIN SULFATE is a glycosaminoglycan (GAG) that is also an important component of the connective tissue of bones and cartilage. The addition of glucosamine and chondroitin sulfate to puppies can, therefore, be beneficial for strengthening and chondroprotecting bone and cartilage structures.

EQUISETUM ARVENSE - this plant, also known as "horsetail," is particularly rich in silicon dioxide, found in both the stem and leaves. Good sources of silicon dioxide include whole grains, shellfish (crustaceans), various vegetables (onions, shallots, strawberries, peas, drinking water, and some mineral waters).

In the last decade, some studies have identified silicon as a trace element that plays an important role in connective tissue, especially in bones and cartilage. Deficient silicon states have shown poor joint formation, endochondral growth, and joint cartilage defects in animal models. Equisetum is beneficial for supporting bone and cartilage functionality.

LAMINARIA DIGITATA is a seaweed that is a good source of various nutrients such as sodium, calcium, magnesium, iron, manganese, zinc, iodine. It offers all the advantages of these substances in a natural and non-synthetic form. The calcium contained in algae is excellent food for puppies.

SPIRULINA MAXIMA is a very beneficial algae. Algae, in general, especially their walls, are rich in polysaccharides, proteins, and lipids. Spirulina is known for its purifying properties due to its polysaccharide component and antioxidant properties.

PERNA CANALICULUS is a green-lipped mussel present in several products in DogoVital. Some recent studies have shown that it can be particularly beneficial for joint health. Perna canaliculus has a high content of minerals, proteins, carbohydrates, glycosaminoglycans (glucosamine), lipids, and, as mentioned, minerals.

VITAMIN C with antioxidant action contributes to the formation of natural collagen.

VITAMIN E has antioxidant effects.

SELENIUM is a mineral that supports normal immune system function and is beneficial for protecting cells from oxidative stress.

FISH OIL - is a good source of omega 3 and 6 fatty acids that have beneficial effects on heart function, blood pressure, and cholesterol levels in the blood.

FEEDING ANIMALS WITH PROTEINS - food constantly produces acidic waste, and the body strives to eliminate it. It is known that a diet rich in proteins, especially animal and, to a lesser extent, plant origin, leads to the formation of numerous acidic wastes. However, the organism can balance (neutralize) excess acidic substances by triggering various mechanisms. If it does not have sufficient alkaline reserves (bicarbonates), it cannot completely neutralize these acids. In this situation, the bone serves as a fundamental mineral reserve from which the body draws, leading to long-term mass depletion and weakening (bone weakening).

The amount of calcium in the food is not as important as its ability not to deplete calcium from the body.
