Let BARF Feeding Method Be the First Step to Your Dog's Health

Gently dried and dehydrated mix of broccoli, carrots, celery, and spinach. Due to gentle drying, almost all essential minerals, vitamins, and essential oils are preserved.

  • suitable for the BARF feeding method
  • food supplement (can also be sprinkled over kibble or cooked food)

How to prepare it correctly?

Soak it in water in a ratio of 1:2 to the desired consistency. Excess water can be drained as desired, and the soaked mix is added to other foods. The final dog meal formulation should be tailored to each individual dog, based on their needs (health condition, fitness, age, temperament, body constitution, activity, season, ...).

Note: 1 g of dried vegetable mix corresponds to approximately 10 g of fresh produce.

  • color variations in vegetable mix are possible (different harvest times), which do not affect the quality of nutrients

Feeding Recommendations:
  • Total meal: 2 - 4% of dog's body weight, corresponding to approximately 20 - 40 g/kg body weight (meat and vegetables/grains)
Recommended meal structure (by S. Reinerth and S. Simon):
  1. 80% meat + 20% vegetables (at least 3 types)
  2. or 70% meat + 30% vegetables + grains (with a maximum of 10% grains)
Example calculation: A dog weighing 20 kg receives a total of 400 g - 600 g of food per day, depending on activity. Of this, 80% (320 - 480 g) is meat, with the remainder being vegetables. Due to drying, 10 g of dried vegetables corresponds to 100 g of fresh produce. This means that a less active dog receives enough with 8 g of dried vegetables (soaked) plus 320 g of fresh meat, while a more active dog needs 12 g of dried vegetables plus 480 g of meat. Shelf Life: Due to the gentle drying method of the mix, the average shelf life is approximately 2 years.

Composition: Broccoli, carrots, celery, spinach. Analytical components: Crude protein 18.1%, fat content 1.8%, crude fiber 18.1%, crude ash 8.8%, moisture 8.5%, calcium 0.56%, phosphorus 0.43%
