Waterproof Thermal Coat How to choose the right size?

To determine the correct size, measure the length of your pet's back (torso, along the top of the spine), from the withers (where the neck meets the body, roughly just below the collar line) to the tip/base of the tail (where the tail meets the body). Perform the measurement while the dog is standing upright, stationary, and looking straight ahead.

1. Take a tailor's tape or a measuring string.

2. Measure the back length from the beginning of the neck to the beginning of the tail (if in doubt, check the instructions above).

3. Compare the measurements with the table below and select the appropriate size.

4. When ordering the product, specify the exact back measurement in centimeters in the note, and mention the breed or describe the shape of the dog.

Use

All Back on Track products should be introduced gradually. For the first 2 to 3 days, the dog should wear the coat for no more than four hours daily. This way, the body will have the opportunity to gradually get used to the healing effects of the product. After one week, the coat can be worn all the time.

Care

The coat can be machine washed at 30ºC, but on a gentle cycle, without bleach and fabric softener. It is recommended to air dry, not in a dryer - only in this way will the ceramic particles retain their healing properties.

Material: Back on Track is the name of a unique line of textile products developed based on the synergy of ancient Chinese knowledge and experience with modern textile technology supported by scientific studies. The result is a fabric made of an optimal blend of polyester/polypropylene and ceramic particles. All joint and muscle braces for dogs by Back on Track are made from functional textiles with heat-reflective properties. Ceramic particles are fused into polyester fibers during manufacturing. When heated, the ceramic particles emit heat back toward the body. The returned heat radiates and emits heat from a distance, known also as long-wave infrared radiation. Infrared light has a soothing effect, its gentle warmth reduces inflammation, muscle tension and improves blood circulation. Tense muscles relax, the recovery process of damaged muscles, tendons, ligaments, and joints is accelerated. Primarily, the use of the coat is important for injury prevention, so it should be worn by dogs before/after and if possible during training or at least at the beginning of training for warming up. It comes in handy for warming the muscles before starting activity, thus preventing the risk of tears and injuries (muscle fibers). The coat obviously plays an important role in recovery - relieving injuries and accelerating the healing process.
