How does it work?

• Adelmidrol belongs to the aliamide family, natural substances (PEA analog) that stabilize mast cells, preventing the release of histamine and other active substances from granules. Histamine and other active pro-inflammatory mediators from mast cells cause inflammation, itching, redness, etc. (ALIA mechanism). Adelmidrol also binds to endocannabinoid receptors. It maintains proper dermal function, soothes, and acts anti-inflammatory and anti-redness.
• The healing complex composed of triclosan, usnic acid, and undecylenic acid helps maintain the appropriate pH and balance of the microbial flora in the external ear canal.
• Transcutol is a biocompatible solvent that effectively dissolves earwax in the ear canal.
