PEA (palmitoylethanolamide) is a natural substance found in many food sources of both animal and plant origin (e.g. soy). In the animal organism, it helps maintain physiological balance in various organs and tissues (e.g. intestines). The ultra-micronized form (PEA-um) has better absorption compared to other formulations. It affects mast cells in the intestines, stabilizes and physiologically degranulates them. Restores permeability between enterocytes. With endocannabinoid action, it protects intestinal function.
Bovine colostrum has a natural prebiotic effect, maintaining the balance of intestinal microbiota. It is a source of nutrients and components with immunomodulatory effects (such as colostrin). It protects the intestines against iatrogenic influences (NSAID, chemotherapy, antibiotics, etc.).
Bacillus subtilis is a Gram-positive spore-forming microorganism with probiotic activity, regulating intestinal microbiota. It is resistant to temperature and acidity. It is part of the healthy microbiota in the dog's intestines. The amount of PEA decreases during diarrhea. It helps with diarrhea and improves stool quality. The complex of electrolytes (sodium, potassium and magnesium salts) ensures electrolyte balance while maintaining proper hydration.
