DOGOmini® is a dietary supplement for dogs, developed specifically for medium and small breeds. It supports the osteoarticular function of tendons and ligaments in dogs, especially recommended for dogs exposed to intense work or prone to wear and tear of joint cartilage.

Contains fish oil, a well-known source of unsaturated fatty acids. Omega 3 and omega 6 fatty acids are essential acids because the body cannot synthesize them, so they must be taken in through diet. Polyunsaturated fatty acids, especially EPA and DHA, have beneficial effects on heart function, blood pressure, and cholesterol levels. Dogs can take the DOGOmini® dietary supplement even if they are allergic to fish, as fish oil does not contain fish proteins.

Since oxidative stress plays an important role in the progression of osteoarthritis, DOGOmini® contains a blend of plants with antioxidant action – turmeric and devil's claw, which support collagen metabolism in joints. We recommend it for dogs that grow quickly and consequently have joint and posture problems. DOGOmini® is also a great preventive measure for breeds prone to arthrosis and spondylosis, such as shepherd breeds.

Active Ingredients:

GLUCOSAMINE AND CHONDROITIN SULFATE - are the basic components of joint cartilage, so in synergy, they can contribute to maintaining its elasticity and are therefore useful in osteoarthritis, a pathological condition characterized by joint stiffness. Glucosamine sulfate is beneficial both for older dogs and for dogs involved in sports. It is usually present in joints, tendons, muscles, and is synthesized by glucose.

When given to adult dogs, glucosamine and chondroitin sulfate strengthen bone and cartilage structures. Glucosamine attracts water to cartilage tissue, providing cushioning and reducing friction between two bone ends.

Can a Dog Take DOGOmini® Without Any Breaks?

All Dogoteka products are intended for short-term and long-term consumption, especially when intended for animals suffering from chronic diseases (such as the osteoarticular area), it is advisable to extend use over months and years. These are complementary feed mixtures and as such can accompany the animal's daily diet, as they contain active ingredients, for example, food: like mangosteen (Garcinia mangostana), sometimes physiologically produced by the organism itself (e.g., glucosamine, chondroitin, components forming joint cartilage) or essential vitamins or amino acids.
