Beef meat contains the most zinc and iron and is rich in vitamin B12.

During the cooking of this type of beef, Napani follows the recipe: 65% muscles, 25% heart, and 10% lungs, allowing the meat's juice to be released during the process. The consistency of the meal content may vary depending on the age of the beef. Muscle beef meat is also made up of connective tissue, which is an excellent source of collagen. Collagen is also found in tendons and cartilage tissue. During slow cooking, this collagen turns into what we know as "gelatin" - a soft, sticky structure that we most often encounter in human food in gummy candies or fruit-gelatin cakes. Gelatin ensures that the meat does not dry out and remains juicy.

Muscle beef meat is a source of protein containing vitamins, minerals, and trace elements. Quality meat contains essential fatty acids and amino acids, usually responsible for muscle building.

The beef heart is strictly speaking a muscle, although this organ is often listed separately due to its exceptional nutrient content and is treated as offal in dog food. It has a high protein content, almost no fat, and therefore few calories. The beef heart is rich in vitamins and full of minerals.

Lungs are considered offal and contain a lot of vitamins A, D, and C and plenty of water.

Interesting fact

At Napani, they do not use any binders, so they do not promise the same consistency in individual packets of this type of wet dog food. If there is more beef or gelatin in the packet, it does not affect the quality of the meal, plus dogs love gelatin.
